I understand that customer service can be challenging, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner or making them feel like their concerns are an inconvenience.

Customer service representatives should be patient, professional, and willing to assist customers, even when there is a disagreement or issue that needs to be resolved. Both car and homeowners. I want to give my agent a 5 but because it seems his hands are tied with everything what is the point of an agent? If he were able to address anything with claims that'd be wonderful but it appears he's powerless to do anything but listen. Stay away from state farm insurance. You will save yourself so much frustration."
