"I like my agent. But there seems to be nothing he can do when it comes to dealing with claims. Most of my gripes are with how terrible state farm is with dealing with claims. Both car and homeowners. I want to give my agent a 5 but because it seems his hands are tied with everything what is the point of an agent? If he were able to address anything with claims that'd be wonderful but it appears he's powerless to do anything but listen. Stay away from state farm insurance. You will save yourself so much frustration."
